"Our regenerative practitioner program is designed for those who believe personal transformation and systemic change are inseparable, and who are ready to use their practice as a tool for social and ecological healing."

Dianne Dredge - Learning Lead,  Tourism CoLab + Place Ecologies

A program built for change agents

This journey is designed for practitioners who understand that personal transformation and systemic change are inseparable. Whether the change you seek is personal, community-led or organisational, this program will move you beyond conventional professional development and leadership courses.

You will explore how your practice can be a tool for social and ecological healing by building regenerative thinking and practice. So let's be clear, this is not neutral coaching. We want to support activism in action, where finding your growing edge directly contributes to both individual and collective transformation.

Through cohort-based learning, embodied practice, and built-in accountability structures, you'll unlock both personal and professional development grounded in regenerative principles. You'll join a community of practitioners who share your values, challenge extractive norms, and support each other in translating insights into tangible action.

Our journey together will focus on both individual breakthroughs in your practice and in the systemic change you catalyse. If you're ready to align your practice with regeneration, community values, and genuine transformation, this is your next step.

Phase 3 - Capstone Project

The capstone project is designed to bring it all together.

A capstone project is the application of what you have learned, applied in a way that makes sense to you and fills your present and emerging needs. The aim is to transform your learning journey into lasting impact, and it will look different for everyone.

A capstone project might be a case study, a model, a roadmap. It could be an event, a crafted visitor experience, or a series of workshops. Choose that project in your bottom drawer, in your organisation, or activate your community. Work in groups or individually. Most importantly, your capstone project will emerge from your learning, it will push you to your growing edge and ensure your learning translates into meaningful change where it matters.

Completion of the capstone project is required to receive our Regenerative Tourism Practitioner Certificate.
